Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL)

Region 16 ESC is honored to have been chosen to participate in the Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) Program.  Working in concert with the TEA TSL Team, the Texas Strategic Leadership Program in Region 16 will provide customized executive coaching and cohort experience opportunities to superintendents and their leadership teams seeking to deeply engage in the Effective District Framework (EDF).

Texas Strategic Leadership is designed to meet the needs of superintendents and leadership teams through:
