Continuous Improvement Cycle--Needs Assessment, Service Delivery, Program Evaluation

To effectively operate a Migrant Education Program, each year the program must complete the steps of a Continuous Improvement Cycle. These steps are:
  1. Local Needs Assessment
  2. Service Delivery
  3. Implementation of Planned Services
  4. Program Evaluation
The TEA has created several resources to assist with these annual CIC activities.
